We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Security and Infrastructure Specialist to join the IT team. You will be instrumental in driving the company’s data security action plan and ensure alignment with the company’s standards, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and enhance the current IT Systems, Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for all IT Infrastructure setup, maintenance and operations.
- Develop, maintain, and support a robust and effective incident reporting and tracking system. This includes reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on the corrective and improvement measures.
- Monitor and advise on the operating effectiveness of information security workflows and controls.
- Monitor network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Provide direct support to users to ensure cybersecurity is addressed throughout the engagement delivery lifecycle, from infrastructure and security tooling choices to the secure storage, processing and deletion of data.
- Document any security breaches and assess their damage.
- Manage daily backup operations ensuring all critical file systems and databases are successfully backed up.
- Oversee Annual BCP and DR exercises.
- Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors for procurement of IT hardware, software and services.
- Perform penetration tests as needed.
- Keep up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
- Improve the awareness of information security among users by developing training tools and materials.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Must possess relevant certification on either Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or ISO 27001 Information security management systems or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Experience in managing financial sector IT security requirements, best practices and methodologies, IT governance and regulatory requirements, including direct responsibility for application and infrastructure security
- Display proficiency in Microsoft applications, Active Directory, Vsphere Management, Linux Redhat, Solaris Operating Systems and Cisco Networking Systems
- Experience in domains of Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, Forensic Investigation, Threat Intelligence or Vulnerability Management
- Good knowledge of information security and cybersecurity risks and controls, processes, workflows, methodologies, and trends
- Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables
- Strong initiative to proactively find solutions to requirements
- Experience with application security, security technologies and tooling, e.g., vulnerability scanners, firewalls, network, application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall)
- Experience in carrying out security incident response, penetration testing, vulnerabilities scanning and security assessment

Responsibilities
- To perform credit evaluation and risk analysis of Corporate and Individual Borrowers;
- To perform annual and periodic review of loans portfolio, product manual, reports etc;

Requirements
- Minimum diploma in accounting, business, banking and finance with minimum 1 year of experience (credit or SMEs lending) in preparing financial spreadsheet, originating credit proposal and preparing related reports etc with good foundation in accounting, economics, statistics will be desirable;
- Fresh graduate with degree in banking and finance, business and economics may apply;
- Good understanding of property and motor vehicle market will be an added advantage;

We are looking for an experienced AML officer to join the AML team to support the company’s client on-boarding and ongoing monitoring activities and to ensure alignment with the company’s standards, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely client on-boarding, ongoing reviews and monitoring.
- Screen and identify AML CFT related matters, raise red flags etc with follow up action.
- Screen adverse news hits, identified and escalated for approval on a timely basis.
- Conduct batch name screening alerts are review, assess, resolve and escalate for approval on timely basis.
- Complete transaction monitoring reviews on a timely basis.
- Prepare regular updates/reports to senior management.
- Administer requests from internal and external regulators and internal stakeholder with respect to audit review and regulatory inspection.
- Perform process improvement to enhance turn-around time.
- Participate in remediation, assignments and projects as assigned by Department Head.
Requirements
- Diploma holder with at least 1 year of experience in a AML / similar role. Applicant with minimum “O” Level and 2 years of experience may apply.
- Hands-on working familiarity with AML CFT related matters i.e. the execution / operationalization of regulations, rules, policies and processes related to AML/CFT.

Responsibilities
- Disbursement of all loan products including project financing drawdown from project accounts
- Prepare disbursement/ instalment letters, where applicable
- Give instructions to other teams to debit relevant fees & collect such fees, where applicable

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Internal Audit Team in reviewing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control and governance process for the company.
- Conduct internal audits, operational functions and / or financial areas throughout the company effectively and report on results / findings.

- Acquire and build a strong network of customers for loan products and credit facilities by providing one-stop financing solutions to SMEs/ large corporates including listed companies as well as personal mortgage loans

- Handling redemption queries / requests from existing borrowers / law firms
