Once the digital access is disabled, you will receive an SMS/email notification and any active login session will be terminated. To reactivate your access, you may visit any of our SIF branches in person with your NRIC or passport.

If your e-services credentials have been compromised, please also lodge a police report immediately after informing us. This can be done via the Singapore Police Force website or at any police station island-wide.
